Kindling Connections

By taking time to reflect upon and reframe experiences, women re-connect with their core strengths, values, and a new sense of belonging. While constructing a personal portfolio and participating in exercises led by up to four teachers, participants become motivated and determined to make positive life changes.

Participants often choose this program as a first step on a new journey to surmount life challenges.
