Mentoring works.

The Vermont Women’s Mentoring Program (VWMP) is a collaborative partnership among Mercy Connections, Vermont Works for Women and the Vermont Department of Corrections. Based on national best practices, this collaboration engages community volunteers, promotes meaningful and supportive relationships, and significantly reduces recidivism. It also improves women’s lives and strengthens the community.

Mercy Connections is proud to partner with Vermont Works for Women which helps
women and girls recognize their potential and explore, pursue and excel in work
that leads to economic independence.
