UPDATE: 2020 May Luncheon Suspended

Due to the current reality, I am writing to share the news that we are forced to suspend the Annual May Luncheon scheduled for May 5, 2020. This decision is heartbreaking as it is our one time of the year to be all together to celebrate Mercy Connections.  This event is our single largest event of the year. Not only does it bring hundreds of us together, it is critical for Mercy Connections, financially.

Generous sponsorship directly supports our programs and participants and our work continues despite these challenging times. Without missing a beat, Mercy Connections staff and exceptional volunteers are using every mode of communications to ensure connection, safety and well-being for those we serve. Many of our participants are isolated, scared, lacking resources and facing many other challenges. From those in our education programs to women recently released from prison, we are working differently and with urgency to support their needs.

Now more than ever, we are in need of generous support from the community in order to continue to be on the frontlines for the hundreds of adults we serve. We are so grateful for those who have committed their sponsorship during this time.

Want to help? Make a gift HERE or contact our Development Director, Marissa Strayer-Benton mstrayerbenton@mercyconnections.org. We will reschedule this community celebration in better days ahead and can’t wait to be together again!

These are extraordinary times. We must stay connected, hopeful and strong. On behalf of the Mercy Connections community, thank you.

With deep gratitude,

Lisa Falcone
